Terms & Conditions – Novo Coworks


These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the services, facilities, and website of Novo Coworks (“we”, “our”, “us”). By using our coworking spaces, booking services, or accessing our website, you agree to comply with these Terms. Please read them carefully before using our services.

1. Membership & Access

  • Membership grants you access to our coworking spaces, private cabins, meeting rooms, virtual office services, and event spaces according to the membership plan you have selected.

  • All access is subject to availability and prior booking confirmation. We reserve the right to manage bookings to ensure fair usage of facilities for all members.

  • Membership privileges are non-transferable, and members must not allow unauthorized persons to use their access credentials or facilities.

2. Booking & Payments

  • All bookings for coworking spaces, private offices, meeting rooms, or event spaces must be made through our official website or authorized channels.

  • Payments are accepted via Razorpay, UPI, Bank Transfer, or Cards. All payment details are securely processed, and receipts will be issued for every transaction.

  • All fees paid are non-refundable unless explicitly stated in a membership plan or promotional offer. Additional charges may apply for extra services or resources.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellation requests must be communicated at least 48 hours before the scheduled service or booking.

  • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed via the original payment method and may take 5–7 business days to reflect in your account.

  • No refunds will be provided for no-shows or cancellations made less than the specified notice period, except in exceptional circumstances at our discretion.

4. Code of Conduct

  • All members and visitors must respect the workspace, staff, and other members.

  • Any behavior that disrupts others, including noise, harassment, offensive language, or illegal activity, is strictly prohibited.

  • Users are responsible for their personal belongings. Novo Coworks is not liable for any loss, theft, or damage to items brought into our premises.

  • Members must follow all posted rules, safety regulations, and instructions provided by our staff.

5. Internet & Technology Use

  • High-speed Wi-Fi is provided for professional and lawful use only.

  • Users must not use the network for illegal, offensive, or disruptive purposes, including downloading or sharing copyrighted material without permission.

  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate internet access for users violating these rules.

6. Security & CCTV

  • CCTV cameras and monitoring systems are in place to ensure the safety and security of all members and staff.

  • Entry logs and visitor data are maintained to monitor access to the premises.

  • Unauthorized access or tampering with security systems is strictly prohibited and may result in termination of membership.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • Novo Coworks is not responsible for any personal injury, loss, or damage that may occur while using our facilities, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct by us.

  • Members agree to use the facilities at their own risk and must take appropriate precautions to safeguard their belongings and personal safety.

  • We are not liable for service interruptions due to technical issues, maintenance, or other unforeseen circumstances.

8. Termination of Services

  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate membership or access to facilities if any Terms are violated.

  • Access may also be revoked without prior notice for security, safety, or legal reasons.

  • Terminated members are not entitled to any refunds unless required by law.

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

  • These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

  • Any disputes arising from the use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.

  • Members agree to make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes amicably before initiating legal proceedings.

10. Policy Updates

  • Novo Coworks may update or modify these Terms from time to time.

  • Updated Terms will be posted on our website with a revised effective date. Continued use of our services after changes indicates acceptance of the new Terms.
